We are thrilled you have chosen The Pick Inn for your upcoming event. Our spaces have been designed specifically to be the ideal setting to host functions of all kinds. We believe in providing our spaces as a beautiful open canvas so that our clients have wonderful options to make each event uniquely their own. All of our sites are beautiful just as they are, but we’ve seen clients transform the spaces with glitz and glam, rustic touches, romantic lighting, whimsical details, and vintage furniture. The possibilities are endless!

CAPACITY / LAYOUT
The maximum capacity of our reception space is 225 people. We have set that maximum to ensure that you’ll have plenty of room for cocktail hour, buffet area/catering access, bar area, and a nice big dance floor without having your guests feeling “cramped” or having to shuffle tables around. The Overall dimensions of the pavilion space are 100 ft by 50 ft. You can view and download a PDF of our floor plan by clicking this link. Our venue director will create a floor plan design with you at your final walkthrough meeting, which typically takes place about 3-4 weeks out from the event day.
DECOR / INVENTORY
Included in your package are the following: - White Garden Chairs for the Ceremony + Reception - up to twenty 60 inch round tables for guest tables and cake table (can seat up to 8 guests per table) - 2 eight foot long banquet tables – typically used for catering/buffet - 6 six foot long banquet tables – can be used for appetizers, gift table, guest book table, sweetheart table, head table, etc. If you wish to rent more tables, we can do so for you through our exclusive rental company.

If you’ve chosen one of our all-inclusive package options, your contract will state which vendors are included, a description of their services, and when you’ll meet with them. If you booked a package but still need to hire some of your own vendors, or would like recommendations on vendor categories that we don’t include - such as photography, we have a great running list of vendors that we enjoy working with!
